Demolition
Any Site preperation to be completed before or around the time of cabinetry pre-production for site check measure and shop drawing purposes. Plumber and Sparky would need to disconnect prior to cabinetry installation.
Specifications
Selections for Fixed Appliances (Oven, Cooktop, Rangehood) and Plumbing Fixtures (Sink, Basin, Laundry Tub) will be needed for design stage, along side the cabinetry colour selections for Doors, Benchtops etc.
Trades
Plumber and Sparky will need to disconnect before cabinetry and reconnect after installation of cabinetry. Relocating Sink / Oven etc. may incur additional costs. Plasterer may be required for cornicing.
